For any return, refund, replacement or repair, you must first complete the request form.
No procedure can be processed without this duly completed form.

How to request your refund


  1. Log in to your customer account. Go to the « My orders » tab in the left menu.

  2. Find the relevant order and click the « Return » button on the right. Fill out the return form that opens automatically. Once submitted, your request will be forwarded to our after-sales service.

  3. Our team will automatically receive your request by email and will contact you to confirm the return authorisation and the next steps.

  4. Refunds will be processed once Elfcam has received and inspected the returned items. It typically takes around 5 business days to receive the refund.

Steps to request a replacement

If the parts or items to be replaced are in stock, they can be shipped within one business day. If the items are not in stock, your account manager will notify you as soon as they ship.

  2. Once authorised, return the items along with the RMA form.

  3. Elfcam will inspect the items once received.

  4. The replacement product will be shipped.

Steps to request a repair

A free repair service is available for most items (except consumables) during the warranty period. Elfcam will ship the repaired items after testing and verification.

  2. Once authorised, return the items along with the RMA form.

  3. Elfcam will inspect the items once received.

  4. The items will be shipped back after repair and testing.

To request a refund or replacement, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For items eligible for repair, the request must be submitted during the warranty period to benefit from free repairs. After warranty expiry, repairs may still be offered but will be invoiced on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returnable or have an authorised warranty period to benefit from Elfcam’s return services.

Where should I send the items back?

Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA form indicating the return address for the corresponding items.

How will I receive the refund?

In most cases, we will refund you via the original payment method. The amount can also be credited to your ELFCAM account for future orders.

Do I have to pay restocking fees when returning products?

Within 30 days of delivery, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the returned items:

Replacement and exchange under warranty

Every item must be returned in the same condition as received. New items must be returned unused and complete. Used items must show no additional signs of use or damage. The exceptions applicable to the right of withdrawal also apply to our warranty Returns Policy (30 days from receipt). The following products cannot be returned under this policy:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items.
  • Consumables that have already been opened or used.
  • Items whose original packaging has been damaged or destroyed.
