What types of fibre can these splicers fuse?

All are compatible with Single-mode (G.652, G.657), Multimode (G.651), DS/NZDS. The AI-9 also accepts bare fibres, pigtails and multi-fibre cables.

What is the splice and heating time?

S-10: 7s/18s • S-10 Pro: 6s/15s • AI-9: 5s/15s. In the field, these gains add up quickly.

Is the splicer easy to carry?
