Das mit NVIDIA/Mellanox MMA4Z00-NS kompatible OSFP-Modul ist ein 800 Gbit/s 2×400 Gbit/s Twin-Port-OSFP, SR8-Multimodus, paralleler 8-Kanal-InfiniBand-Transceiver mit zwei 2-Faser-4-Kanal-MPO-12/APC-optischen Anschlüssen mit jeweils 400 Gbit/s. Der 8-Kanal-Kurzstrecken-Multimode-Parallel-Transceiver (SR8) verwendet 100G-PAM4-Modulation und hat eine maximale Reichweite von 50 Metern unter Verwendung von 8 Multimode-Fasern. Es ist für den Einsatz in End-to-End-InfiniBand-NDR-Systemen qualifiziert.
Es ist die ideale Lösung für Supercomputer und lässt sich nahtlos in die Rechen- und Speicherinfrastruktur integrieren, um eine effiziente und effektive Interkonnektivität sicherzustellen. Wird in luftgekühlten Quantum-2-Schaltern verwendet.
